01 Vaara

The first physical retail space for Vaara, located within The Dubai Edition Hotel. The project transformed a 19m² former hotel shop into a contemporary, calm environment for showcasing the brand’s athleisure collections.

The refurbishment required full MEP coordination and contractor works, alongside final finishing and a three-week on-site installation period, with prior site visits to ensure the build aligned precisely with design drawings. The completed space features high-end finishes including oak panelling, onyx, porcelain tiles, a coffered ceiling and bespoke illuminated tiles designed to adjust lighting temperature throughout the day.
